We specialize in an evidence-based model of therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).


ACT encourages people to radically accept their thoughts and emotions, rather than perpetually ignoring or battling against them. In this work, you will learn mindfulness strategies to acknowledge and accept that pain is present while making commitments to grow in the direction of the things that matter most to you. This allows you to take the power back in your own life, regardless of the very real struggles happening around you. Together, we can dismantle the power anxiety, fear, grief, and conflict have in your life.
